Chiropractic

At Honua Chiropractic, we prefer to use low force adjusting styles to address abnormal posture and neurologic reflexes. These include Sacro-Occipital Technic and Logan Basic, as well as more traditional manual adjusting.

Dietetics

Nutritional counseling incorporates laboratory findings and symptoms to determine nutritional deficiencies, and determine proper supplementation regiments to address those deficiencies.

Joshua Waschak

Josh Waschak earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan University in St Louis, Missouri, graduating with high honors. He specializes in Logan Basic and Sacro Occipital Technic®, which are low-force adjusting techniques for a more comfortable application of care.

Dr. Waschak is also trained in Nutrition and Workplace Ergonomic Evaluation.
